JB Air Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment Terms
    Payment is due upon completion of service unless other payment terms are approved by JB Air in writing before work begins.

  2. Accepted Payment Methods
    We accept cash, check, ACH, and major credit/debit cards.

  3. Late Payments
    Invoices not paid by the due date may be assessed a late fee or finance charge as permitted by applicable law and as stated on the invoice.

  4. Returned Payments
    A fee may be charged for returned checks or declined ACH payments.

  5. Estimates
    Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Any changes to the scope of work may require a revised estimate.

  6. Additional Work
    Any work requested beyond the original estimate will require customer approval before being performed.

  7. Warranty
    JB Air provides the warranty stated on the estimate or invoice for workmanship. Manufacturer warranties are separate and subject to the manufacturer's terms.

  8. Access to Equipment
    The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all equipment to be serviced.

  9. Permits
    Where required, permits and inspections will be obtained as specified in the estimate. Permit fees are additional unless otherwise stated.

  10. Limitation of Liability
    JB Air is not responsible for pre-existing equipment defects, hidden conditions, power interruptions, or failures unrelated to the services performed.

  11. Cancellation
    Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a service charge.

  12. Governing Law
    These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
